Known Problems
[edit]When this section was removed altogether, the author removing it said merely "it is incorrect." The section had included references to two articles, from the Union of Concerned Scientists and the Nuclear Information Research Service, both articles by nuclear engineers. I had discussed these documents with inspectors from the NRC who confirmed their accuracy. Please improve Wikipedia by adding worthwhile information rather than simply undoing work of someone else who disagrees with you.
Also, please note that the section says the containment is undersized. The deletion "corrects" this by saying the reactor is not undersized. Perhaps the deleting editor was rushed and not reading carefully. Again, a sign that deletion was an inappropriate/inconsiderate edit. Bennettkbrown (talk) 20:09, 20 May 2008 (UTC)bennettkbrown
- The section is overly long, has severe problems with WP:UNDUE and WP:NPOV. The current version is also entirely unsourced (the only source given is not a WP:RS and further, it doesn't even support the claim being made). I am therefore trimming it severely and placing cite tags on the unsourced material. FellGleaming (talk) 16:05, 4 April 2010 (UTC)
- User FellGleaming has been cited for "Failure to exercise basic due diligence in reviewing the content of sources before making assertions about them" and was placed on a 3 month 1RR editing restriction. Citations were removed; previously cited statements were then tagged as needing citation. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 63.152.8.221 (talk) 09:07, 28 March 2013 (UTC) [1] 63.152.8.221 (talk) 09:11, 28 March 2013 (UTC)sustain4people
